- Nataniel Figueroa (Bachelor Thesis 2014). Dissertation on “Combining optical tweezers and nitrogen-vacancy centers in nanodiamonds for biological sensing”.

- Victor Waselowski (Bachelor Thesis 2012). Dissertation on microwave and radio frequency spectroscopy of defects in diamond using a confocal setup to study the coherence and optical properties of color centers in diamond.

- Ignacio Alvizu (Bachelor Thesis 2013). Dissertation on the interaction between a central electronic spin associated with color centers in diamond and an environment composed of nuclear and electronic spins for characterizing the sensitivity of color center-based sensors.

- Nicolás Segura (Bachelor Thesis 2013). Dissertation on “Design and construction of an optical tweezers setup for generating multiple traps” with the purpose of nanopositioning small dielectric particles and nanocrystals diamond close to biological specimen for biological detection.

- Victor Waselowski (PhD Student). Dissertation on developing spectroscopic techniques for augmenting the signal to noise of magnetic sensors based on trapped molecules in diamond.
